1. Scope of Services

Madera Playscapes provides playground design, consultation, and installation services for residential, commercial, and community playground projects. We are an

authorized distributor and installer

of Blue Imp playground equipment.

2. Free Consultations

* All consultations are free of charge and may include:

* Site visits (if required and requested)

* Preliminary designs or proposals

* Cost estimates

* Consultations are available virtually, over the phone, or in person (subject to scheduling and travel constraints).

* All consultations are 100% obligation-free, and clients are welcome to share their ideas or sketches. However, modifications may be required to meet safety and regulatory requirements.

3. Pricing & Payment

* Pricing discussions take place after a design has been determined.

* Madera Playscapes provides detailed itemized quotes but does not offer publicly available pricing sheets.

* All equipment payments are handled directly through Blue Imp. Madera Playscapes does not process equipment payments.

* Additional costs may apply, including but not limited to:

* Freight charges

* Taxes (GST & PST)

* Installation fees

* Surfacing costs (if required)

* Border timbers (if required)

* Discounts may be offered at Madera Playscapes’ discretion.

4. Installation & Warranty

* Madera Playscapes handles all aspects of installation without subcontractors.

* Maintenance services for Blue Imp equipment are available at an extra charge.

* Modifications or upgrades to existing playgrounds depend on factors such as age, condition, and available space.

* All Blue Imp products are subject to manufacturer warranties provided directly by Blue Imp.

5. Limitation of Liability

Madera Playscapes is not liable for:

* Any delays or unforeseen circumstances affecting consultation, installation, or project timelines.

* Any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from improper use of installed equipment.

* Any modifications or alterations made to installed playgrounds by third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, brochures, guides, and other materials provided during consultations remain the intellectual property of Madera Playscapes or Blue Imp. They may not be copied, distributed, or used for any purpose without written consent.

7. Changes to Terms

Madera Playscapes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
